  • Negotiate employment offers and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or recruitment teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to assess and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding and participate in outreach activities to build a strong talent pipeline.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on senior-level positions.
  • Recruitment Processes: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and tools.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and team collaboration.
  • Negotiation: Negotiation skills for managing employment offers and terms.
  • Leadership: Leadership and mentorship abilities to guide and develop junior recruiters.
  • Analytical: Analytical skills for assessing recruitment metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • ATS Software: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Networkng: Networking skills to build relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in human resources or recruiting are advantageous.
