They play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HRIS solutions to streamline human resources processes and enhance data management. HRIS Managers collaborate with HR teams to ensure the effective use of technology in managing employee information, payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design and optimize HRIS workflows and processes.
  • Manage and support HRIS users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HR technology.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in HRIS operations.
  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the integration of HRIS with other business systems for seamless data flow.
  • Develop and implement HRIS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of HRIS data.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HRIS enhancements and upgrades.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HRIS management or a similar role.
  • HRIS Software: In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and software.
  • Analytical: Analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing HRIS processes.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills for overseeing HRIS implementations and upgrades.
  • Communication: Communication and training skills for interacting with HR and non-HR users.
  • Security Regulations: Understanding of data privacy and security regulations in HRIS operations.
  • HRIS Analytics: Familiarity with HRIS reporting tools and analytics.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuous learning and adaptability to new HR technologies.
  • Certifications: Certification in HRIS or related areas is often advantageous.
