Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical teams, including electricians and technicians.
  • Plan and schedule electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Interpret and implement electrical design plans and specifications.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks on electrical installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and manage project budgets.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to electrical team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, electrical codes, and safety standards.
  • Maintain records of electrical work, inspections, and project progress.

  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in electrical supervision or a similar role.
  • Electrical Systems: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Leadership: Leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
  • Electrical Testing: Familiarity with electrical testing and measurement tools.
  • Safety Protocols: Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Certifications: Electrical license or certification is often required.
