Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple international facilities.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing management, including international operations.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans for manufacturing efficiency.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in manufacturing.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
