Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of products.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for manufacturing projects.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical support for production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Design and implement new tools and fixtures to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in manufacturing.
  • Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role.
  • CAD Software: Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing software.
  • Manufacturing Processes: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Project management skills for overseeing manufacturing projects.
  • Safety Standards: Understanding of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies and advancements in manufacturing.
