Duties / Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize end-to-end order flow
Develop order process improvements via troubleshooting
Review vendor performance and manage order approvals
Ensure all orders comply with company policy and procedure

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

Experience with order management systems
Strong data entry and computer skills
Previous experience in order management
Fluent in English and French
