Duties / Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Provide administrative support in the recruitment process, such as organizing recruitment events and preparing interview materials.
- Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interaction.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail in resume screening and candidate evaluation.
- HR Processes: Basic understanding of human resources principles and recruitment processes.
- Organization: Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Adaptive: Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment trends.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate information.
- Teamwork: Teamwork and collaboration skills for working with other members of the HR team.
