  • Oversee the fabrication and testing of molds and dies to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and performance of molds and dies.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address molding challenges and improve processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies in molding and die engineering.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Molding and Die Engineer or in a similar role.
  • CAD Software: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Fabrication Techniques: Knowledge of materials, molding processes, and mold fabrication techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing designs and addressing issues.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Safety Regulations: Understanding of safety standards and regulations in molding and die processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in mold and die design.
