Short Description:

Implement and optimize strategies for the company’s sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring processes to expand and strengthen the company’s workforce processes.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete hiring and onboarding process
  • Create effective long-term strategies for talent development and acquisition

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, talent databases, and social media strategy
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and French
